(hereinafter referred to as t he "Company"), as the core enterprise of  Hunan  nonferrous  copper,  lead  and  zinc  industry  base,  will unswervingly implement the developmentstrategyof"giving priority to the development of mining industry, green development of  lead  industry,  efficient  use  of  resources,  striving  for  first-class enterprise",  strengthen  the  protection  of  employees'   rights  and interests, provide employees with perfect training mechanism and fair development opportunities. Work closely with customers and partners  up  and  down the supply chain to fulfill corporate social responsibility and build a sustainable industrial chain.

The Company complies with all laws and regulations related to the  protection  of  labor  rights  and  interests,  including  but  not limited to: laws and regulations related to the protection of labor rights and interests of t he People's Republic of China, such as: Labor Law of the  People's  Republic  of  China,  Civil Code of the  People's Republic of China,  Personal  Information Protection Law  of  the People's  Republic  of  China,  etc.  This requirement  applies  to  all regular employees (including all forms of employment), and we also require suppliers, partners and other stakeholders  to actively comply with it as a prerequisite for cooperation and to work with us to safeguard the rights and interests of our employees.

This requirement applies to the company and the upstream and downstream partners of t he raw material supply chain.

The  Company and its suppliers  shall  strictly  comply  with  the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations  applicable  to  overseas  operations,  including   but  not limited to: Prevent involuntary Labour and ensure that all work is purely voluntary, including the transport, concealment, recruitment, transfer, acceptance or employment of persons for the purpose of exploitation by threat, coercion, coercion,  abduction,  fraud  or payment of  remuneration to any  person  who  controls   another person, without seizure of original government-issued identity documents and travel documents.

Adhere to the  principle  of  equal  employment,  adhere  to  the "open and fair", the job qualification  requirements are open, the interview  standards and procedures are fair,  the applicant is treated  equally,  and  does  not  discriminate  against  any  applicant because of  age,  disability,  ethnicity,    gender,  marital status, nationality, political status, race, religion, etc.

No child labor. Child Labour refers to workers under the age of 16,  who  have  not  reached  the  minimum  age  for  employment  in their country or who have not completed the age for compulsory education in their country; All forms of child labor are prohibited.

Remuneration  shall  be  paid  in  compliance  with  all  applicable wage  laws,  including those  relating  to  minimum  wages, overtime wages and statutory benefits.

No  human  trafficking  or  employment in  any  form  of  slave, forced, bonded, indentured or prison Labour shall be permitted.

Do not use violence, including but not limited to verbal abuse, threats,  corporal punishment,  sexual harassment  or physical coercion of employees.

Do not discriminate or treat employees unfairly in terms of pay, training and promotion opportunities   based on race,  religion, gender,  nationality, age,  marital status, disability and sexual orientation.

Provide a safe and healthy working environment. Prevent any working  conditions  that  seriously  endanger  life  safety  or  health, prevent  any  major  fire  or  explosion  accidents,  and  prevent  fatal accidents at the work site.

Identify and assess possible health and safety risks (including fire protection, equipment,  production  safety,  etc.),  eliminate  or reduce risks through preventive maintenance and   safe   work processes, and provide appropriate personal protective equipment if necessary. In addition, appropriate measures should be taken to protect the safety and health of women workers,  especially pregnant and lactating women.
